These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkr34 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing pkr34, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register and play. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use pkr34.
All transactions are subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering conditions and payment-method availability. pkr34 does not guarantee specific processing times. Balances are displayed in PKR for convenience.

Fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and balances reviewed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr34 holds its operating licence. They do not constitute a claim of legality under Pakistani law. Users are responsible for their own local legal compliance.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr34 ("pkr34", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the pkr34 website located at https://pkr34.cam and all associated services, products and content offered thereon.
pkr34 is an English-language online gaming platform designed to serve players who wish to participate in sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games, esports markets and instant games. The Platform operates with balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is oriented toward an English-speaking Pakistani user base.

Your access to and use of the pkr34 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all forms of use, including but not limited to: browsing the Platform, registering an Account, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting market, claiming any bonus or promotion, and contacting support.
By ticking any acceptance checkbox, clicking any "Agree" or "Continue" button, or by simply continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms has been posted, you confirm your binding acceptance of all provisions herein. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. pkr34 employs age-verification measures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and review of all related balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr34 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
pkr34 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with the requirements of the jurisdiction in which it holds its operating licence. These procedures are a standard and non-negotiable part of operating a legitimate gaming platform.
You may be required to submit the following documents at any point, including but not limited to when making a withdrawal request:
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal requests and may lead to Account suspension. pkr34 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.
Deposits to your pkr34 Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The available payment methods are displayed within the live cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at the discretion of the Operator.
Payment Method Disclaimer: References to familiar Pakistani payment brands including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for general context only. pkr34 does not claim endorsement, partnership or active payment-processing support from any of these providers. Users must verify current payment availability directly within the cashier and must comply with each provider's own terms of service.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on the selected payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR equivalent at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.
pkr34 does not accept deposits sourced from criminal activity, proceeds of fraud or any funds belonging to third parties. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with the Operator's AML obligations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a request will be processed:
Processing times are not guaranteed. The time required to process a withdrawal depends on the selected method, the completeness of your KYC documentation and any internal review requirements. pkr34 will endeavour to process requests promptly, but makes no binding commitment as to specific timeframes.
Withdrawal to Third Parties: pkr34 will only release funds to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the pkr34 Account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be refused and the originating Account reviewed.
pkr34 may offer bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match promotions, cashback schemes, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, balance review and potential legal referral:
All content on the pkr34 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr34 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software architecture, text, graphics, game interfaces and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkr34 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr34 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
pkr34's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using pkr34, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that game outcomes are determined by chance and/or skill-based algorithms, and that there is no guarantee of any return on any wager. pkr34 does not represent or warrant that you will achieve any particular outcome from using the Platform.
pkr34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon suspension for cause, pkr34 will conduct an internal review before determining whether to release any remaining Balance. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to withhold all or part of any Balance in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal obligations.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to completed KYC.

pkr34 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via email or prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where operationally practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr34 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Pakistani Users: This governing law clause does not imply that use of pkr34 is lawful under Pakistani law. The applicability of Pakistani law to your use of the Platform depends on numerous factors, including your location and the nature of the activity. These Terms do not override applicable Pakistani law. You are solely responsible for your own legal compliance.
In the event of a dispute with pkr34 regarding a bet outcome or account decision, Players should first contact customer support via live chat to raise a formal complaint. pkr34 will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, further escalation options will be communicated by the support team at that stage.
